Podcast: Interview with Peak 10’s Andrew Cole on DRaaS and Business Continuity

At this year’s 18th International Cloud Computing Expo in NY, I had the opportunity to sit with Andrew Cole, Peak 10’s Director of Solutions Engineering, for an interview during which we spoke about the changing disaster recovery-as-a-service (DRaaS) landscape, and how it’s evolving to meet the needs of businesses of all sizes. Andrew is responsible for supporting local Business Development Managers in earning new business at Peak 10, and is tasked with discovering, designing and defining the business needs of DRaaS consumers. Andrew assists in finding a solution to answer customer’s pain points in their IT environments and together, as a part of a larger team, ensure that the solution is handled with “white gloves” after the sales process is over and as the provisioning team takes the project through to completion.

This Podcast explores the challenges that enterprises are having in ensuring business continuity, and how Peak 10’s DRaaS solutions are protecting those businesses. Andrew explores what’s on the horizon for Peak 10 and the Disaster recovery space as a whole. Enjoy!
