We’ve spoken previously only on how to build and manage distributed teams<\/a>, so if you are looking to gain some perspective about the challenges related to hiring and managing remote teams from scratch, I’d highly advise you read our article. Building a remote team from scratch is not easy. There are many developers out there, and going through the hiring process takes time and money.
