This acquisition is Acronis’ third in the past year, continuing the provider’s accelerated growth plan. CyberLynx offers security audits, penetration testing, and proprietary training solutions. Acronis offers backup, disaster recovery, and secure file sync and share solutions. The company also provides data protection in any environment, including virtual, physical, cloud, and mobile.
