Navigate 2015 just wrapped up, and Continuum’s annual user conference was a big hit. The sold-out event, which was held at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas hosted 400 of the company’s partners in order to collaborate, share successful strategies, hear from channel speakers, and learn more about the Continuum platform. Robin Robins, one of IT’s most sought-after marketing and sales trainers headlined the event as the keynote speaker.

CompTIA certificates offered by Continuum at no cost

Navigate attendees received an Executive Certificate in Cloud (Intermediate) or Executive Certificate in Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery from CompTIA upon completion of a webinar prior to the conference as well as attending the training course in-person at Navigate. Continuum receives overwhelming support from top IT solution providers and industry leaders

The conference sold out with more than 600 attendees, including hundreds of Managed Services Providers (MSPs), supporting 50,000 small-and-medium-sized businesses across the country. Navigate 2015 featured more than 60 speakers as well as more than 30 sponsors and exhibitors, both returning and new. Click here for a full list of supporters.

Technical training delivered by Continuum University

Continuum hosted two technical training sessions at Navigate. Zeshan Raja, Assistant Director, Technical Account Management at Continuum, is the instructor for Continuum U’s Continuity247 Technical Training. David Boulos, Assistant Director, Technical Account Management is the instructor for the Patching & Scripting: Deep Dive Technical Training Session.

Vorex and Continuum launch Platform Integration to streamline ticketing and workflows

Vorex, Inc., a leader in cloud-based business management solutions that combine project management and professional services automation (PSA) tools, today announced an integration with Continuum. Continuum now offers its client base an additional option for a PSA solution and Vorex users have access to an integrated, world-class remote monitoring and management (RMM) platform. Because the Vorex and Continuum integration is cloud-based, setup is quick and easy with no hardware or software installments.

Continuum’s RMM gets remote management functionality boost with Intel VPRO Technology

Continuum has included Intel vPro technology in its intelligent Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) platform. Managed Services Provider (MSP) partners now have free access to a powerful lights out management solution that includes Remote Power Management capabilities as well as Keyboard, Video & Mouse (KVM) control, allowing them to perform PC asset maintenance and repairs remotely, regardless of the PC’s power state or operating system (OS).

Continuum names new Vice President at Navigate 2015

Continuum has named Brian Herr as Vice President, Products. Most recently, Brian was Senior Director, Business Line Management at UpToDate, a premier evidence-based clinical decision support resource, leading a team of six product managers, UX designer and UI developer managing a $250 million SaaS product line. During his nearly 20-year career, he has delivered more than 100 product releases across more than 20 products lines. In this new role, he is responsible for the strategic direction and oversight of Continuum’s managed IT services platform. Brian is replacing Dee Zepf, who has been named Vice President, Partner Success, as the company furthers its resources and commitment to advance the growth and success of its partners.
