NAKIVO Inc. recently announced the release of NAKIVO Backup & Replication v10. NAKIVO Backup & Replication provides enterprises with the tools necessary to protect their IT infrastructure — from VMware, Hyper-V and Nutanix AHV VMs and Amazon EC2 instances to physical servers and workstations, Oracle databases, and Microsoft Office 365 application data. Additionally, the introduction of Backup to Wasabi in v10 gives users the ability to leverage scalable cloud storage while retaining the option to store confidential data on local or off-site storage devices and tape media.
NAKIVO offers a data protection solution for VMware, Hyper-V, cloud, and AWS EC2 environments. The vendor boasts five-star online community reviews, impressive scores for customer support, and more than 10,000 global deployments. Over 150 hosting, managed, and cloud services providers are using NAKIVO’s software in order to deliver virtual machine Backup as a Service (BaaS) and Disaster Recovery as a Service (DRaaS) to their customers. The vendor also has over 4,200 channel partners in 140 countries.
NAKIVO Backup & Replication v10 now offers Backup to Wasabi. This allows users to send backups and backup copies of virtual and physical machines, Oracle databases, and Amazon EC2 instances to Wasabi. Additionally, users can reduce backup sizes with data reduction techniques and incremental backups to cut storage costs. Users can also eliminate downtime by instantly booting virtual machines directly from backups stored on Wasabi.
