TierPoint Releases New CleanIP XDR SolutionTierPoint recently launched its Extended Detection and Response (XDR) solution. This offering is the newest entry in the TierPoint CleanIP portfolio of security services. With an integrated view into networks, devices, applications, and user logs, TierPoint CleanIP XDR can deliver comprehensive cybersecurity monitoring of a clients’ entire environment, on the client’s premises, on TierPoint’s premises, and in the cloud.

TierPoint helps clients deploy disaster recovery, connected data center, and cloud solutions for their overall business continuity plan. TierPoint’s Disaster Recovery as a Service (DRaaS) combines features such as replication, cloud, and virtualization technologies, delivering a comprehensive solution that provides the capabilities needed to ensure critical data and applications are safe and secure. The vendor also owns over 40 data centers within 20 markets and eight multi-tenant cloud pods, all connected via a coast-to-coast network. TierPoint’s solution portfolio includes private, managed hyper-scale, and hybrid cloud environments. In early 2020, TierPoint raised $320 million in a Private Equity Round.

Included with the XDR solution, TierPoint’s security operations center (SOC) team will assist clients with incident resolution and deliver a daily review of alerts, hidden threats, and suspicious trends. Additionally, clients are able to subscribe to an enhanced SOC service that will help them more deeply investigate active or imminent threats and provide immediate, around-the-clock support on responding to those threats. XDR also offers real-time guidance on threat remediation from leading cybersecurity professionals.
