Veritas NetBackup is Now Available on the AWS C2S Marketplace

Enterprise data protection and software-defined storage provider, Veritas Technologies, and government IT solutions provider, Carahsoft Technology Corp., recently announced that Veritas NetBackup is now available on the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Commercial Cloud Services (C2S) Marketplace. This new addition enables the U.S. Intelligence Community (IC) and other authorized federal agencies to purchase Veritas’ data protection and disaster recovery solution through the AWS C2S Marketplace.

Veritas NetBackup provides enterprise cloud data protection across cloud, hybrid, or on-prem environments, which creates one single platform to protect agencies’ critical information in motion or at rest. Additionally, NetBackup can backup to any on-prem or cloud target, physical or virtual, in order to improve disaster recovery strategies by eliminating the need for dedicated hardware, enabling government IT teams to recover lost data with ease.

Veritas NetBackup’s features eliminate the complexity of point solutions and infrastructure management associated with other cloud data protection tools. The user interface offers optimized workflows and automated restores of files on physical and virtual machines and simplifies administrative tasks for all users.
