Druva<\/a>, a cloud data protection and information management provider, recently announced<\/a> $51 million in funding that the company says will further drive their global objective: to transform the way enterprises protect and manage their information.<\/p>\n

The new funding brings Druva\u2019s total capital raised to $118 million, and will continue to support the organization’s growth strategy. Led by existing investor Sequoia India<\/a>, this round of funding is joined by new investors: Singapore based EDBI<\/a>, as well as Blue Cloud Ventures<\/a> and Hercules Capital<\/a>. Existing investors including NTT Finance<\/a>, Nexus Venture Partners<\/a> and Tenaya Capital<\/a> also took part in the contribution. The capital will be used to accelerate both product innovation and adoption, all while enhancing product capabilities across Druva\u2019s secure cloud platform. In addition, the capital will be used to further drive sales and marketing, and continue the company\u2019s global expansion.<\/p>\n
