In a press statement, Vice President of Worldwide Alliances at Commvault, Wenceslao Lada said, \u201cthe combination of solutions from Commvault and Cisco provide customers and partners with the flexibility to protect and rapidly move data to and from any Cisco infrastructure platform as business dictates. The broadening of our partnership to now integrate IntelliSnap with HyperFlex is yet another example of how the companies are tightly aligned in delivering simple, cost-effective solutions that solve real-world problems while driving revenue for our joint partners.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

ScaleProtect with Cisco UCS expands on the capabilities of the Cisco HyperFlex solution with backup and recovery. ScaleProtect provides support for enterprise applications such as SAP HANA, while enabling users to run mission-critical applications on Cisco HyperFlex. The combination of ScaleProtect and Cisco HyperFlex offers a hyper-converged, scale-out platform which provides backup and recovery protection of software-defined data center.<\/span><\/p>\n

Senior Director of Product Management at Cisco HyperFlex, Vijay Venugopal, added \u201cwe continue to work with Commvault to help enterprise customers reduce IT and data management costs and complexity by eliminating the need for multiple software and hardware products or single-purpose tools.
