\"GartnerAnalyst house Gartner, Inc, recently announced the winners of its new <\/span>2021 Peer Insights Voice of the Customer: Data Center Backup and Recovery Solutions.<\/span><\/i><\/a> The report marks the latest addition to the researcher\u2019s expansive list of buyer-centric resources, which already includes its popular <\/span>Magic Quadrant <\/span><\/i>and <\/span>Critical Capabilities. <\/span><\/i>Gartner Peer Insights provides first-hand reviews of software and services contributed by enterprise users. The new report is an extension of Gartner\u2019s <\/span>Customer Choice Awards <\/span><\/i>released in previous years.<\/span><\/p>\n

Peer Insights <\/span>Voice of the Customer <\/span><\/i>does not include an expansive vendor listing or proprietary graphic to help organizations select the best tools. Rather, it provides reviews that go through a strict validation process to ensure they are authentic. Gartner Peer Insights are meant to be a complement to its expert-led research reports. Cohesity, Rubrik, and Actifio record the top overall scores<\/b><\/h4>\n

All receiving overall ratings of 4.9, these three backup and recovery providers boast the top scores in the industry. With 226 reviews (the most received this year) and a 99 percent <\/span>willingness to recommend <\/span><\/i>score, Cohesity is a major player. Rubrik is Cohesity\u2019s closest competitor, with 199 reviews and a matching <\/span>willingness to recommend <\/span><\/i>score. Rubrik also recorded the top scores in evaluating and contracting, integration and deployment, and service and support with 4.9s across the board. Though Actifio only received 28 reviews, it scored high on evaluation and contracting with a 4.8.<\/span><\/p>\n

AISHU users are the most willing to recommend<\/b><\/h4>\n

A full 100 percent of AISHU reference users (11 reviews) showed a <\/span>willingness to recommend <\/span><\/i>the product. The average percentage for this rating across the vendors is just over 86 percent, which shows just how much customers enjoy AISHU\u2019s data center backup and recovery solution. All of AISHU\u2019s reviews came from the Asia\/Pacific region, with the majority of its adoption (45 percent) coming from the manufacturing industry. 64 percent of AISHU\u2019s customers are organizations with revenue between $50 million and $1 billion.<\/span><\/p>\n

Cohesity qualified for all but one Category Distinction<\/b><\/h4>\n

Gartner Peer Insights recognizes the most highly rated providers in a specific industry category through the <\/span>Customers\u2019 Choice Category Distinction. <\/span><\/i>Cohesity qualified for Category Distinction in 10 of the 11 categories listed. The vendor received distinctions in Global Enterprises; Large Enterprises; Midsize Enterprises; Public Sector, Government and Education Enterprises; Finance Industries; Healthcare Industries; Service Industries; Asia\/Pacific; Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and North America.<\/span><\/p>\n
