MicroStrategy has announced<\/a> the release of its new flagship analytics and mobility product, MicroStrategy 2019. The solution is highlighted by what the company is calling a “new class of enterprise intelligence” called HyperIntelligence that provides new ways for users to access data. MicroStrategy also allows organizations to inject information directly into a user’s web-based workflows using a new HyperCard feature. The company rang the Nasdaq opening bell<\/a> this morning to celebrate the release.<\/p>\n

MicroStrategy HyperCards present information and KPIs about customers, products, people, and more. Business users can hover over highlighted keywords to surface HyperCards on websites and in web applications like email, Salesforce or Office 365. The product also allows organizations to combine and surface information from more than 200 enterprise data sources. Version 2019 is optimized for Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure as well, running natively on each.<\/p>\n

Users can now link end-user tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau and Qlik to MicroStrategy 2019 via pre-configured connectors. The product’s semantic graph provides a business glossary and index for a range of information to bring together disparate sources. It also enriches metadata content with real-time location intelligence and both content and system usage telemetry that enables AI recommendations and personalization.<\/p>\n

Other notable enhancements include a new library that delivers a personalized portal for analytics on web and mobile, a set of improved REST APIs, new integrations for R and Python via two open source packages, and an interface called MicroStrategy Workstation.<\/p>\n
