Bpm’online, provider of the most agile platform for midsize and large enterprises to accelerate sales, marketing and service, announced last week major updates to its intelligent Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Business Process Management (BPM) platform – bpm’online 7.11.
The latest version of the company’s platform features over 200 enhancements and updates designed to accelerate execution and reduce misalignment.
Some key updates of version 7.11 designed to help businesses accelerate their time-to-strategy execution include:
New machine learning capabilities and predictive algorithms: built to offer users relevant information and automation within a specific context, based on analysis of historical data – meaning the platform can now make intelligent recommendations across a wide range of business applications to cut down on manual searches / analysis and to free up time for increased execution and output.
Revamped campaign engine: makes marketing process automation simple and fast. The new campaign designer has an updated interface, enabling users to design the most personalized campaigns, set up complex branching based on various criteria and create multiple entrance / exit conditions for participants.
Extended BPM and Case Management capabilities: ensure streamlined process automation – key updates include the ability to run processes for selected records in any section or detail of the system, upgraded capabilities to deeply configure the rules of transition between case stages, new tools to effortlessly track all running tasks associated with a business process, and the availability of new pre-set elements in BPM and Case Management designers.
Mobile app enhancements: include extended filtering functions, as well as improved customizable push notifications designed to notify users about system updates and more.
Lastly, bpm’online announced that they’ve added a ‘one-click’ bpm’online marketplace integration feature that enables users to easily install or add a wide variety of applications, add-ons or process templates directly from the bpm’online marketplace.
