Newgen Launches OmniOMS 8.6 for Enhanced User ExperienceNewgen Software has launched OmniOMS 8.6. This platform is an enhanced version of its Customer Communication Management (CCM) suite. The new OmniOMS 8.6 gives users the ability to more easily create, design, and manage HTML email communications. OmniOMS 8.6 is supported on Windows 2012/2016 Enterprise Server, as well as RedHat Enterprise Linux 6.x, 7.x platforms.

Newgen OmniOMS is a solution for managing enterprise communication with internal and external customers in a cost-effective manner. Additionally, the solution enables organizations to design and provide personalized, content-rich, interactive, and on-demand communications across a range of channels including SMS, email, print, and web. Key features of OmniOMS 8.6 include:
