Now that the transaction has closed, Accenture will officially add over 400 employees to its employee base.
Agiloft, a global provider of no-code contract lifecycle management (CLM) software, has expanded its leadership team by appointing John Pechacek as Chief Technology Officer and Laura Richardson as General Counsel for the company’s innovation and legal technology expertise. Pechacek has over 30 years of experience in the enterprise technology field and is succeeding Colin Earl, the founder and former CTO of Agiloft, who remains on Agiloft’s Board of Directors after his retirement in July 2022.
