DuploCloud Raises $15 Million in a Series A Funding Round

Duplo Cloud, a DevOps-as-a-Service provider, recently announced that it had raised $15 million in a Series A funding round, bringing the company’s total raised capital to $17.5 million. The funding was led by Mayfield, a global venture capital firm, with participation from Monta Vista Capital. DuploCloud will use the funds to continue to scale its product development efforts, expand its global footprint, and invest in the growth of its marketing and sales divisions.


Nintex Acquires Kryon, a Provider of Process Discovery and RPA Solutions

Nintex recently announced that it had acquired Kryon, an “innovator” in the process discovery and robotic process automation (RPA) marketplaces. The acquisition will help Ninex continue to expand the intelligent process automation (IPA) capabilities of its Nintex Process Platform. With Kryon’s AI-powered process discovery technology, Nintex will further its position as a process systems provider for commercial enterprises and government agencies. This is Nintex’s third acquisition in the last sixteen months.


SAP Announces the General Availability of SAP Process Automation

On February 14th, SAP announced the general availability of its SAP Process Automation solution. The solution combines the capabilities of SAP’s Intelligent Robotic Process Automation and Workflow Management solutions into a single, easy-to-use, no-code, and AI-powered experience. With SAP Process Automation, organizations of all sizes can streamline automations with visual drag-and-drop tools, improve process management from an enterprise-grade platform, and more. Existing users of the SAP Workflow Management or SAP Intelligent Robotic Process Automation solutions are encouraged to migrate to SAP Process Automation, where they will have access to additional workflow management, task automation, no-code development capabilities.
