Anaplan, a cloud-native business performance orchestration platform, recently announced<\/a> that it’s entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by Thoma Bravo, a software investment firm. The all-cash acquisition is valued at approximately $10.7 billion at $66 a share. Thoma Bravo will use its experience and resources to help Anaplan accelerate its strategy, grow its platform, brand reputation, and time to value, and attract and retain new customers, employees, and partners. The transaction is expected to close in the first half of 2022, and upon completion, Anaplan will become a privately held company.<\/p>\n
