It’s a great day for Microsoft OneDrive and Box, who will reap the benefits of Adobe’s new update to its document cloud service, with a new digital document solution. The updates will enable document cloud users to access tools like Adobe Sign, and Box users will now have access to their files from Acrobat Reader.

What’s more, Adobe will be adding data centers in Europe to meet new European guidelines regarding electronic signatures, set to go into effect in July of 2016.

Additionally, Adobe updated it’s Adobe Sign mobile apps for the popular IOS and Android platforms, bettering integration of Adobe Sign with Experience Manager Forms and Adobe Marketing Cloud products and also making them easier to use on mobile devices.

“Every company and organization should be laser-focused on delivering the best customer experience possible, and the best experience does not involve paper,” said Bryan Lamkin, Adobe’s VP and general manager for Digital Media in a statement. “Today we further strengthen the value that Adobe Document Cloud and Adobe Sign bring to our global customers as the only complete solution that transforms paper-based transactions into 100 percent digital workflows.”
