Rackforce will also sell TeraGo $2 million of common shares.<\/p>\n<p>TeraGo will become Canada\u2019s leading provider of enterprise cloud solutions after the acquisition.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe RackForce acquisition provides TeraGo with a growth platform in the attractive cloud services industry,\u201d said Stewart Lyons, President and CEO of TeraGo, in a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.terago.ca\/news-and-events\/news\/view.aspx?id=2750\">press release<\/a> last Thursday. \u201cRackforce will complement our business and transform TeraGo into Canada\u2019s premier enterprise-class network, data, voice, and cloud services provider.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Rackforce has been a leading advocate of cloud adoption in Canada\u00a0and was named <a href=\"https:\/\/www.virtualpressoffice.com\/publicsiteContentFileAccess?fileContentId=1930585&amp;fromOtherPageToDisableHistory=Y&amp;menuName=News&amp;sId=&amp;sInfo=\">VMware Cloud Partner of the Year for 2014.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The deal is expected to close on March 27, 2015.<\/p>\n<br \/>Widget not in any sidebars<br \/>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>RackForce Networks Inc., Canada\u2019s largest Enterprise Cloud service provider is selling 100% of its outstanding shares to TeraGo Networks Inc., a Canadian national provider of end-to-end data solutions for $31 million (CA).
