Deloitte is enhancing<\/a> its cloud migration and modernization strategy via a new collaboration with Amazon Web Services (AWS), according to a press release on the company’s website. The partnership will combine Deloitte’s global cloud consulting expertise with the technical experience of AWS Professional Services. Deloitte will use this collaboration to innovate and optimize future business outcomes for customers by migrating and modernizing their AWS workloads effectively and efficiently.<\/p>\n

In the press release, Deloitte Consulting LLP’s principal and AWS Professional Services general manager Patrick Jehu stated: \u201cThe nature of our C-suite relationships often enables us to design a holistic migration approach focused on driving the right business outcomes for our clients, including speed and efficiency of getting to the cloud, in a transformational context. Our joint model with AWS uses automation to accelerate and optimize our clients\u2019 cloud migrations, and industry-leading solutions to modernize applications.\u201d<\/p>\n

Deloitte currently has over 50,000 global cloud practitioners that deliver specialized expertise for cloud strategy to their clients. The vendor operates several cloud migration and modernization services that will be complemented by the knowledge and experience of AWS. Some of these services include Cloud Transform Lab for modernizing business practices, Workforce Modernization for modifying workflows for the cloud, and innoWake Product Suite and Application Modernization Studio for modernizing core systems.<\/p>\n
