This is the subscription-based version of Micro Focus Content Manager, an enterprise content management solution. In this new subscription model, Content Manager Select gives businesses the opportunity to deploy the product’s functionalities across the entire user base at an operational cost, along with free unlimited Inquiry User access.

Offered in either a one- or three-year term license, the platform provides a rich user experience for desktop, extended, and mobile workers with all of the features and functionality of the full Content Manager suite, coming standard with the subscription model. Additionally, the solution offers the scalability and usability needed to manage information from creation to disposal, helping businesses meet data privacy guidelines. Content Manager Select also includes the full capability to manage data connected to mission-critical business processes.

With this subscription-based solution, users can access previously separately priced modules, including Advanced Disposition and Auto-Classification. This way, users can manage data deletion processes associated with privacy management, as well as integration to enhance the compliancy and validation of SharePoint and Office365. Features included in Content Manager Select are unlimited inquiry users, free access to modules, simplified license metrics, cloud-read, realignment, and access to new SaaS solutions.
