In a press statement, OpenText SVP and CMO, Patricia Nagle said, “supply chains are mission critical to any organization buying or selling goods, but they are increasingly global and complex in nature. We are helping companies build flexible supply chain ecosystems that digitize and automate many common supply chain tasks, in turn delivering agility and responsiveness to rapidly changing customer and market demands. Enterprises around the world choose OpenText solutions and expertise to transition supply chains from a cost of doing business to a strategic advantage – a source of differentiated customer service and accelerated business growth.”

New capabilities in Trading Grid Analytics enable business leaders to identify underperforming trading partners and risk sources within the supply chain which could lead to production and fulfillment delays. Supply chain managers will have real-time access to information required to take action on unforeseen disruptions before they cause a larger business impact. The solution also enables data to be shared across a trading partner community for improved collaboration.

Trading Grid offers a suite of Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions, called Active Applications, to streamline and accelerate order management, community management, electronic invoicing, and retail deductions management. Innovations in Trading Grid Active Applications provide access to broader global e-invoicing, improved exception management, and mobile order management to focus on mission-critical issues.
