\"BlendedWithin enterprise technology, there are several sources for user reviews of vendors and solutions. In our opinion, the Big Three sites for technology reviews are Gartner Peer Insights<\/a><\/span>, G2 Crowd<\/a><\/span> and Trust Radius<\/a><\/span>.<\/p>\n

Viewed individually, each site offers the capacity to gain an accurate and deep understanding of how a complex solution is perceived by real users. When taken in the aggregate, these three top solution review sites provide a wealth of information from multiple points of view and taking the time to visit each is a \u201cmust\u201d as you think about what technology will be right for your organization.<\/p>\n

In order to be considered for a blended review, a content management solution must have at least one review at Gartner Peer Insights, G2 Crowd and Trust Radius. \u00a0Below is a very brief summary of the user review sites for OpenText<\/a><\/span> Enterprise Content Management. \u00a0We strongly encourage you to visit each of these sites in order to get a full picture of what users of Open Text\u00a0have to say about their experiences with the solution.<\/p>\n

Gartner Peer Insights<\/a><\/span><\/h4>\n

At Gartner there are a couple of positive reviews of OpenText from users in very large companies. Each of these \u201cpeer insights\u201d is from very large companies. The most salient quote for us comes from a professional in data and analytics: \u201cThe application meets our security requirements. It is difficult to patch and upgrade and is still missing some basic features that other products offer. It does a good job of document management.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

G2 Crowd<\/span><\/a><\/h4>\n

Over at G2 Crowd, there are over 10\u00a0reviews of OpenText, with most of them being very positive. At G2 Crowd, we have reviews typically coming from users working within mid-sized and enterprise companies. For us, a one quote from a system administrator jump out: \u201cOpenText Enterprise Content Management is a real jack of all trades – and also a master of a lot of them too! Flexible to suit most requirements and industries. Additional modules enhance its power and configuration is straight forward and intuitive.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

TrustRadius<\/span><\/a><\/h4>\n

In contast with Gartner and G2 Crowd, Trust Radius requires that you register to read full reviews. At TrustRadius, there are a couple of reviews\u00a0from mid-sized and enterprise companies. In one review the administrative user caught our eye with her review:\u00a0\u201cOpenText Enterprise Content Management is well suited for cleaning up company file shares. You can tag documents for searching and can easily search document contents as long as it is in a searchable format.\u201d<\/em> Certainly a great example of the type of specific use case that makes user review sites so valuable in the buying process.<\/p>\n
