In our opinion, the Big Three sites for technology reviews are Gartner Peer Insights<\/a><\/span>, G2 Crowd<\/a><\/span> and Trust Radius<\/a><\/span>.<\/p>\n

Viewed individually, each site offers the capacity to gain an accurate and deep understanding of how a complex solution is perceived by real users. When taken in the aggregate, these three top solution review sites provide a wealth of information from multiple points of view and taking the time to visit each is a \u201cmust\u201d as you think about what technology will be right for your organization.<\/p>\n

In order to be considered for a blended review, a content management solution must have at least one review at Gartner Peer Insights, G2 Crowd and Trust Radius.\u00a0Below is a very brief summary of the user review sites for IBM<\/a><\/span> Enterprise Content Management. \u00a0We strongly encourage you to visit each of these sites in order to get a full picture of what users of IBM\u00a0have to say about their experiences with the solution.<\/p>\n

Gartner Peer Insights<\/a><\/span><\/h4>\n

Gartner currently only has one review for IBM on its site, although more are likely to come in. The sole reviewer works in Business Process Improvement and is impressed with the “variety of applications that can be used across the Business.”<\/em><\/p>\n

G2 Crowd<\/span><\/a><\/h4>\n

Over at G2 Crowd, there’s currently only one review for the IBM Content Manager. This reviewer writes: “The product is very flexible for handling large Enterprise needs from content ingestion, auto-classification to large volumes of content (Images, MS Office files, PDFs). The product also integrates well with Records Manager and eDiscovery solutions and running in a distributed or zOS environment.”<\/em><\/p>\n

TrustRadius<\/a><\/h4>\n

At Trust Radius, reviews are written by users from both small and large scale companies. One reviewer writes: “As far as I am concerned, for large enterprise deployments of content management systems, there just is no better player in the industry.” <\/em><\/p>\n
