The new program will provide qualifying startup companies access to the Casted platform at a discount of up to eighty-two percent of Casted’s standard pricing, helping them maximize the quality and measure the success of their podcast and video marketing content. To qualify, startup organizations must have 50 or fewer employees and have raised less than $10 million in capital funding.<\/p>\n Crownpeak, a digital experience platform (DXP), has acquired Attraqt, an omnichannel AI-powered product search, recommendation, and merchandising software for the e-commerce market. The acquisition will help Crownpeak broaden its composable digital experience product offerings with e-commerce-specific capabilities, complement its worldwide enterprise customer base, and expand its global strength with Attraqt’s concentration in the United Kingdom, France, and Germany.<\/p>\n Drupal, an open-source content management system for companies of all sizes, has launched a new upgrade for its software platform. With Drupal 10, the company is introducing new tools to help developers and users improve how they develop versatile, structured content for dynamic web experiences. The enhancements include a “modernized” backend look, improved site builder tools, streamlined content authoring features, upgraded user experience, and more. Drupal 10 is built on the latest Symfony 6.2 version and is available now.<\/p>\n Matik, an automation platform designed for data-driven content, has announced the Matik App for Salesforce, a tool that enables users to create customized, data-driven Google Slides and Microsoft PowerPoint presentations without leaving the Salesforce platform. The app pulls data from Salesforce and builds Google Slides or Microsoft PowerPoint decks with text, tables, charts, and images that users can edit and personalize as needed. The Matik App for Salesforce also tracks the content users create within Salesforce so they can look up past presentations or create reports.<\/p>\n Qualtrics has announced several innovations for its experience management solution suite to help companies improve their understanding of customer desires and deliver personalized experiences in real-time and at scale. The updated features include an enhanced Experience iD (XiD) dashboard experience, automated workflows that provide actionable insights to help users develop personalized experiences, and the capability to view and connect customer experience data from a single dashboard.<\/i><\/p>\n Salesforce has announced the general availability of DevOps Center, a new product designed to help teams improve how they collaboratively develop, test, and deploy custom technology solutions across the Salesforce ecosystem. The DevOps Center includes features for customized pipelines, tracking changes, integrating with Source Control, organizing work, and visualizing the deployment pipeline. Alongside the funding, Unanet also announced that it appointed three new board members for the company’s executive team. New board members include Tony Catalfano, former CEO of Worldplay U.S., Zach Levitt, Senior Principal of Onex Partners, and Jim Reagan, Former Executive Vice President and CFO of Leidos.<\/p>\n Zoho has released several new tools for Zoho Desk, its customer service platform. The new features are designed to help customer service teams meet changing customer and business needs.
