With that in mind, here is some of the top MarTech news from January 6th.<\/p>\n Alchemer\u2014an experience management and enterprise feedback technology provider\u2014has acquired Apptentive, a mobile feedback technology provider. The acquisition will help Alchemer provide customers with in-depth methods of collecting feedback from mobile customers, giving them access to survey and workflow functionalities across communications channels and platforms, including Microsoft Teams, Slack, and Salesforce.<\/p>\n BC Partners, an international investment firm, has signed an agreement to acquire a majority stake in Madison Logic, a global provider of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) software provider, from Clarion Capital Partners (Clarion). With BC Partners’ support, Madison Logic will have access to additional capital to invest in its growth trajectory and drive organic and inorganic growth with deeper technology functionalities and new capabilities in new geographies, industries, and advertising mediums. Current Madison Logic shareholders and Clarion will maintain ownership stakes in Madison logic and support the new partnership with BC Partners.<\/p>\n HERE Technologies\u2014a location data and technology platform\u2014has announced a new capability enabling businesses to customize users’ search results using their places of interest data. The new ability allows users to add private data to the platform’s map and search function, creating brand-specific search outcomes and unique end-user experiences, which can help the business drive new revenue streams, unlock new business value, and differentiate its brand in a competitive market.<\/p>\n Salesforce has revealed several new Commerce Cloud solutions for the automotive industry to help dealers and automakers reimagine their online sales. These solutions, scheduled to launch in Spring 2023, will combine complete driver and vehicle profiles to help companies orchestrate connected experiences at every stage of their customer journey. Companies can also use the Commerce and Automotive Cloud companies to improve order fulfillment processes, digitize the car buying experience, extend the commerce experience with integrations from Salesforce partners, and more.<\/p>\n Shopify has announced Commerce Components, a suite of new capabilities to help businesses in the enterprise retail market develop dynamic customer experiences that integrate with their preferred back-office services. Shopify’s Commerce Components is a modern, composable technology stack allowing enterprise retailers to build unique customer experiences. Capabilities include flexible APIs with no rate limits, back-office management, access to Shopify’s partner network, and the freedom for developers to develop any front-end framework they choose with any of the Shopify components they need.<\/p>\n TELUS International, a digital customer experience provider, has completed its acquisition of WillowTree, a full-service digital product provider.
