Additionally, Botify Assist will equip users with AI-powered content optimization recommendations to help content writers create optimized web content and a personalized search assistant to help teams find information in Botify’s collection of 1,000+ data points.<\/p>\n Khoros, a digital-first customer engagement software provider, has announced its integration with Trustpilot, a leading review platform. The new partnership will help brands improve customer experiences and increase customer satisfaction by reducing the time it takes to respond to queries on the Khoros platform. With this integration, Khoros users can also use the interface in Khoros Care to monitor, review, and respond to the customer feedback they receive on Trustpilot as soon as it’s published.<\/p>\n Litmus, an email marketing software provider, has announced details on its new Dark Mode Coding Experience and Visual Impairment Filters, providing users with more inclusive, accessible email experiences. These features will empower marketers to optimize their emails with Dark Mode functionality\u2014a feature internal Litmus data says forty percent of subscribers used in 2022\u2014and improve email accessibility for all subscribers by supporting people with color vision deficiency.<\/p>\n Matik, an automation platform for data-driven content, has launched Matik Mail to help sales and customer success teams deliver personalized, data-driven presentations and one-pages to their accounts in minutes. With Matik’s toolkit, businesses can automate the development of customized content, create presentation templates with Google Slides or Microsoft PowerPoint, connect to data warehouses, use simple field lookups to define metrics for the presentation, and more. Users can also add personalized text, images, and metrics to each recipient who receives the email attachment.<\/p>\n NICE, a cloud-native customer experience platform provider, has announced details on the Spring 2023 release of its CXone platform. The new release introduces AI-powered capabilities to accelerate digital fluency and help brands improve their customer experience interactions (CXi). Additionally, the Spring 2023 update introduces a bot skills library, no-code templates for multiple digital channels, and enhanced digital reporting capabilities that provide historical visibility into agent performance across various channels.<\/p>\n Pipedrive, a sales CRM platform for small businesses, has appointed Lisa Davis as its new Vice President of Customer Success. Davis has over a decade of experience in customer success leadership positions at companies like Houghton Mifflin Harcourt and Intuit’s Mailchimp. In the new role, Davis will spearhead Pipedrive’s efforts to support customers throughout their CRM journeys, drive deeper customer engagement, and maximize customer retention.<\/p>\n SugarCRM, an AI-driven CRM platform provider, has announced a new partnership with Mobileforce, a global cloud-based Configure Price Quote (CPQ) and Field Service Management (FSM) solutions provider. SugarCRM and Mobileforce will offer companies an integrated quote-to-cash platform capable of boosting sales operations, improving deal flows, and maximizing customer satisfaction. Mobileforce Field Service Management (FSM), Mobileforce Connected Portal, and the Mobileforce CPQ for SugarCRM solutions are now available on Sugar Outfitters, the company’s third-party app marketplace.<\/p>\n Totango, a Composable Customer Success platform, has announced three new offerings to help businesses drive scalable growth and more predictable revenue.
