Incapsulate is a Salesforce Platinum Consulting partner that designs and implements Salesforce solutions for companies in the public sector and financial services industries. As part of the acquisition, Incapsulate’s team of over 275 Salesforce practitioners and software engineers, who hold over 1,100 certifications, will join the Accenture Salesforce Business Group within Accenture Technology.<\/p>\n Amazon Web Services (AWS) has announced several new generative AI capabilities for Amazon Connect, AWS’ cloud-based contact center. The new capabilities\u2014revealed at AWS re:Invent\u2014include Amazon Q in Connect, Amazon Connect Contact Lens, Amazon Lex in Connect, and Amazon Connect Customer Profiles. These features expand the service’s existing machine learning (ML) functionalities. They will provide companies with additional tools for providing accurate customer support, detecting customer sentiments, tracking trends, ensuring policy compliance, creating chatbots, and managing unified customer profiles.<\/p>\n AdLib\u2014an advertising software company that provides agencies and brands with DSP solutions and services\u2014has expanded its capabilities with new support for YouTube, YouTube TV, Mobile App Install, and online campaigns across its platform suite. The new features include enhanced reporting, dynamic budget allocation, improved campaign pacing, user interface updates, and more. These updates are already supported by a growing collection of global DSP partners and will help users test and allocate budgets toward their best-performing DSP or media sources.<\/p>\n As part of AWS re:Invent, Salesforce and Amazon Web Services (AWS) have announced a significant expansion to their global strategic partnership. The expanded partnership will lead to new joint innovations and integrations that improve customer experiences, enhance data management, and enable AI-powered applications. Additionally, select Salesforce products will be available on the AWS marketplace. These updates will make it easier for customers to seamlessly manage their data across Salesforce and AWS platforms while also helping them safely infuse generative AI solutions into their applications and workflows.<\/p>\n Scalestack\u2014an AI-powered data enrichment, prioritization, and activation platform for RevOps teams\u2014has announced that it’s raised $1MM in its first funding round. Investors include Ripple Ventures, Forum Ventures, Flyer One Ventures, Founders Network Fund, and others. The company plans to use this round of capital to expand its solution offerings, grow its reach in the market, and continue helping its clients maintain their relationships with potential and existing customers.<\/p>\n On December 6th, Solutions Review will host the 5th annual WorkTech Insight Jam event. The Solutions Review team has partnered with leading industry experts, thought leaders, and analysts to livestream roundtable discussions, breakout sessions, industry predictions, and insights into current and future trends. The updates include CRM Assignments, a complementary module to the incentive compensation management tool within Salesforce; AI-Assisted Future Period Forecasting, which can project sales and commission forecasts up to a year into the future; Operational Reporting, to help companies improve reporting flexibility; and Workspaces, a new solutions enabling customers to personalize workspaces and navigation structures.<\/p>\n As part of next week’s WorkTech Insight Jam LIVE event, the team at Solutions Review has compiled a panel of industry experts to talk about “Improving Experiences with AI-Powered Customer Engagement.” The free, hour-long discussion is moderated by Michael Israel, the Head of Field Service Evangelism at Zuper.
