Pipedrive, a sales CRM for small companies, has appointed Regi Vengalil as the company’s new Chief Financial Officer. Vengalil brings nearly twenty years of financial and strategic leadership experience from high-growth SaaS, fintech, and AI-driven companies. Zendesk, a service-centric CRM company, has announced a Strategic Collaboration Agreement (SCA) with Amazon Web Services (AWS). As part of the SCA, the companies will accelerate AI-powered contact center innovation and collaborate on joint go-to-market strategies that support the global growth of Zendesk Contact Center. They will also focus on integrating Amazon Connect voice capabilities, conversational analytics, and sentiment analysis with Zendesk Contact Center.
