These are now available to Algolia customers with Guardrails and Cost Controls. CallRail Introduces New Features to Its Voice Assist Solution<\/strong><\/a><\/h3>\n

CallRail, an AI-powered lead engagement platform, has introduced new functionalities to Voice Assist, making the solution available to every business and introducing instant, human-like agentic texting. The additions include shared conversation memory, automatic replies to inbound texts, and a standalone Voice Assist agent that agents can deploy with their existing business number, even if they don’t have a CallRail Call Tracking subscription. Ryan Johnson, Chief Product Officer at CallRail, says, “Voice Assist answers and follows up on every call and text, so no customer ever waits on someone being free.
