Features highlighted int his update include contact creation in CRM, smart links, search enhancements, new saved account alert, homepage enhancements, usage reporting refresh, mobile app access, and more. This helps to streamline the activities between Sales Navigator and CRM. Support for Dynamics CRM is also arriving soon.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Smart links:\u00a0<\/strong>Package and share content via links created in Sales Navigator. These links track viewing behavior and provide insight into what prospects and customers are most interested in.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Search enhancements:\u00a0<\/strong>Users can save frequently used account searches to revisit in the future and be automatically notified when a new account matches that search criteria. Users can also share lead searches with colleagues.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Homepage enhancements:\u00a0<\/strong>All Account Funding News Alerts will now open into a panel that slides out from the right side of the home page, allowing users to view articles without leaving Sales Navigator.
