Sugar Integrate increases the effectiveness o Sugar&#8217;s CX platform, CRM, marketing automation, and customer service, while delivering a high-quality customer experience throughout each stage of the customer lifecycle. This new product enables a cross-application view of the customer, supporting automated business processes spanning multiple business systems.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><div class=\"box box3\">Our <a href=\"https:\/\/solutionsreview.com\/crm\/crm-buyers-guide\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><em>2020 CRM Buyer&#8217;s Guide<\/em><\/a> helps you evaluate the best solution for your use case and features profiles of the leading providers, as well as a category overview of the marketplace.<\/div><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">SugarCRM is a product designed to provide an excellent user experience, offering a simple UI and a breadth of customization options. Key features include sales automation and forecasting, lead management, sales campaigns, and quote configuration. Sugar offers a 24\/7 technical support service and up to 250GB of data storage as well.
