MuleSoft recently unveiled<\/a> Titan, the newest release of its Anypoint Platform. The company’s flagship API management and integration product now features capabilities for securing and monitoring composite applications in the cloud. Titan also includes a multi-cloud container service for Mule runtimes, a dedicated security model for distributed architectures, and a new advanced monitoring solution. All of these enhancements are made possible by the company’s Mule 4 runtime engine.<\/p>\n

The new Mule 4 runtime version automates complex data integrations and broadens the scope of reusable assets to increase the speed at which developers can operate. MuleSoft’s Anypoint Runtime Fabric container service for Mule applications provides faster deployment on common cloud providers and on-prem as well. New Anypoint Monitoring capabilities provide dependency mapping and instant access to historical log data across APIs and integrations.<\/p>\n

In a media statement, the company’s Chief of Product Mark Dao said: “With the Titan release, IT can fuel internal organization momentum to innovate and drive business outcomes faster, while maintaining security and control.\u00a0The release bolsters our API-led connectivity approach and commitment to our customers by delivering powerful and secure application networks that scale globally and can be deployed anywhere.”<\/p>\n

MuleSoft\u2019s Anypoint product features far-reaching API management capabilities that span creation, publishing, integration, and cloud messaging. Anypoint\u2019s portfolio of connections is crowdsourced, and integrations with the solution can be made both on-prem and in the cloud.\u00a0The California-based solution provider provides both traditional and Integration Platform as a Service products, and touts a growing capabilities portfolio.<\/p>\n

Salesforce announced in March that it had agreed to acquire MuleSoft<\/a> in a deal worth $6.5 billion.\u00a0MuleSoft spent little more than a year as a public entity, filing for its IPO on March 17 of 2017. Founded in 2006, the company raised nearly $260 million in venture capital with its latest round coming in May of 2015. Constellation Research named MuleSoft one of 6 Integration Platform as a Service Vendors to Know<\/a> in February.<\/p>\n
