Semarchy recently announced<\/a> the release of Semarchy xDM 5.2, according to a press release on the company’s website. The update is highlighted by new match and merge engine capabilities, as well as enhancements to the platform’s user experience. According to the vendor: “As in the previous releases, the application experience is enhanced with new capabilities, including match links colors and thickness, customizable validation messages, badge counters, compact mode, and more.”<\/p>\n

Semarchy\u00a0is unique in its breadth of ability to master any kind of data (customer B2B and B2C, product data, reference data, metadata, location, organizer, supplier). Designers can use these algorithms to define more accurate scores and thresholds for duplicate clusters without having to modify existing match rules. The Master Deletion feature propagates values deletion performed in source systems to the consolidated golden values, while REST Clients let designers expand data enrichment already present inside the platform.<\/p>\n

New Enricher Caching for plugins and REST-based enrichers helps to improve performance and reduces latency for large data volumes while also minimizing the cost induced by external service providers. Application Documentation reveals business-user focused documentation from within the data management applications. The framework enables users to browse the underlying logical data model, understand business rules and definitions, and navigate to other semantic concepts like values and relationships.<\/p>\n
