With this acquisition, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.zadara.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" class=\"external\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Zadara <\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">gains NeoKarm\u2019s technology, including the former Stratoscale software IP, which allows MSPs to offer an on-demand private cloud built and fully-managed by Zadara. Additionally, the CEO of <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.neokarm.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" class=\"external\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">NeoKarm <\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">and former head of product for Stratoscale, Simon Grinberg, has joined Zadara as the head of product.
