Aidan Schief is the Policy and Research Associate at America Succeeds, where he supports and executes research initiatives on durable skills implementation in education and policy. Aidan’s passion for education reform and workforce development stems from both his academic background and personal experiences in the American public school system. He has deepened his expertise in these areas through his work at America Succeeds, where he focuses on driving impactful change in policy and practice. Aidan graduated from the University of Denver with a degree in Political Science and minors in History and Economics.
