With a PhD in Computer Science and a background in engineering, he helped shape the company’s vision of making workplace learning powerful, accessible, and human-centered. He also led the development of platforms including TalentCards, eFront, and TalentHR. Today, Thanos focuses on research and innovation, exploring how emerging technologies like AI can improve learning and development in the workplace.
