The partnership will allow for the integration of Vectra\u2019s Cognito solution and CrowdStrike\u2019s Falcon Insight solution, with the intention to reduce security team response and investigation time as well as attacker dwell time on enterprise servers.<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"widget\"><div class=\"aside-card\">\t\t\t<div class=\"textwidget\"><p><a href=\"https:\/\/insightjam.com\"><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"Insight Jam Ad\" src=\"https:\/\/solutionsreview.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/ij1.jpg\" alt=\"Insight Jam Ad\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div><\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">According to the press release from Vectra, this solution integration will allow joint customers to detect, triage, and remediate high-levels threats in progress on corporate endpoints and networks. It will take advantage of CrowdStrike\u2019s contextual data on specific attacked devices. \u201cIntegration with CrowdStrike combines valuable context from the network and the endpoint to paint a comprehensive picture of an active cyberattack,\u201d said Kevin Kennedy, Vectra Vice President of Product Management. \u201cJoint customers can view endpoint context directly&#8230;and take immediate action to mitigate the threat, eliminating the manual pivoting between consoles that takes up valuable analyst time and slows response.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cThe integrated solution reduces the time to detect, prevent and resolve threats, and the ease of use of the combined SaaS solution offerings turn the legacy vendors in the market on their head,\u201d said CrowdStrike Vice President of Worldwide Alliances Matthew Polly. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">John Shaffer, CIO at independent investment bank Greenhill, said in a related statement:\u201cEvery day is a race to stay ahead of threat actors. We need the best and fastest way to pinpoint attacker behaviors on the network and immediately shut down attacks on the endpoint. Vectra gives us a head start in the network and CrowdStrike speeds across the finish line at the endpoint.\u201d <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Both Vectra and CrowdStrike were named as Visionaries in the Gartner Magic Quadrant Reports for <a href=\"https:\/\/solutionsreview.com\/endpoint-security\/look-gartners-2018-magic-quadrant-intrusion-detection-prevention-systems-idps\/\">Intrusion Detection and Prevention Systems<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/solutionsreview.com\/endpoint-security\/gartners-2018-magic-quadrant-for-endpoint-protection-platforms-epp-whats-changed\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Endpoint Protection Platforms<\/a>, respectively.
