In a <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.watchguard.com\/wgrd-about\/press-releases\/watchguard-technologies-acquire-panda-security-extending-simplified\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">press release<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, WatchGuard Technologies stated it plans to integrate Panda Security into its own platform. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions, including regulatory approval. The solution providers expect the deal to close in Q2 2020. Moreover, Panda Security offers threat hunting services, antivirus, email security, encryption, and managed security services.
