According to Gartner, it bases its Peer Insights Customers\u2019 Choice on customer feedback and ratings, taking into account both the number of reviews and the overall user ratings of verified end-users. Gartner maintains rigorous criteria for recognizing vendors with a high customer satisfaction rate.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Gartner defines data loss as the following: \u201cEnterprise data loss prevention (EDLP) comprises offerings that provide visibility into data usage across an organization for a broad set of use cases and the dynamic application of policies based on the content and context at the time of an operation.\u201d\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cEDLP seeks to address data-related threats including the risks of inadvertent or accidental data loss, and the exposure of sensitive data using monitoring, filtering, blocking, and other remediation features.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n
