Cleo and Saksoft Announce a Partnership
Cleo, an Ecosystem Integration software provider, has announced its partnership with Saksoft, a data-driven technology services company. The collaboration will focus on empowering Saksoft customers, specifically ones in the Logistics marketplace, with the Cleo Integration Cloud (CIC) platform. Ken Lyons, Cleo’s Chief Revenue Officer, says, “By combining Saksoft’s technological expertise with Cleo’s innovative ecosystem integration software, customers can experience seamless EDI and API integration, real-time data, and greater operational efficiency.”
Deloitte Details its New Strategic Alliance with Pigment
Deloitte—an audit, consulting, tax, and advisory service provider—has announced a new alliance with Pigment, a business planning platform. The partnership will focus on providing companies with innovative planning solutions that empower them to make data-driven decisions, achieve their strategic objectives with AI-powered technology, and more. It will also equip clients with various tools for improving their forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis efforts with real-time data analytics, strategic insights, scalable solutions, and improved collaboration.
ECI Software Solutions Launches a Digital Warranty Management Solution for Homebuilders
ECI Software Solutions, a global provider of cloud-based business management software, has launched AvidWarranty, an AI-powered digital warranty management platform. The platform, introduced at the 2025 International Builders’ Show (IBS), can modernize the warranty management process for homebuilders, reduce risks, improve homeowner satisfaction, and maximize efficiency. Its features include AI-driven insights, compliance management, detailed documentation of warranty requests, automated warranty processes, cloud-based scalability, an enhanced homeowner experience, and seamless integration with ECI’s other homebuilder solutions.
IFS Appoints a New President of North America
IFS—a provider of enterprise cloud and Industrial AI software—has appointed Matt Breslin as its President of North America. Breslin joins IFS from Upland Software, where he acted as Chief Revenue Officer and led the company’s global go-to-market functions, including sales, marketing, customer success, and strategic alliances. As the IFS President of North America, he will use his enterprise software leadership experience to drive Industrial AI and cloud adoption efforts and support the company’s global growth efforts. Breslin takes over the position from David Spencer, who will work alongside Breslin to ensure a smooth transition before his retirement.
insightsoftware Reveals Lineos, a New Solution for Financial Professionals
insightsoftware, a solution provider for the Office of the CFO, has announced Lineos, a new suite of AI-driven capabilities that enhance the company’s financial planning and analysis (FP&A), accounting, and operations products. Lineos is designed to support finance professionals by simplifying complex data into actionable insights, addressing real-world challenges, and enabling confident decision-making. For example, Lineos can streamline manual tasks so finance teams can focus on the big picture, reveal hidden trends, identify cost-saving opportunities, integrate with a company’s existing systems, and simplify workflows with Natural Language Query (NLQ) technology.
Opkey Debuts its ERP Lifecycle Optimization Platform
Opkey, a platform designed to transform the entire ERP lifecycle, has launched its ERP Lifecycle Optimization Platform. The platform combines agentic AI, intelligent web automation, advanced process mining, and observability tools to simplify ERP management, reduce costs, and slash testing times. At the core of the platform is Argus AI, a purpose-built small language model (SLM) capable of orchestrating a team of virtual agents to execute multi-step workflows, seamlessly interface with the Opkey platform, and extend the capabilities of an organization’s existing team.
PagerDuty Announces New Agentic AI Functionalities
PagerDuty, a global provider of digital operations management, has announced details on the new agentic AI functionalities it’s adding to the PagerDuty Operations Cloud platform. The updates begin with the company’s Spring 2025 release, which will focus on helping enterprises solve mission-critical issues. With these PagerDuty AI agents, teams can improve their site reliability engineering, unlock operational insights, optimize scheduling, and benefit from faster issue resolutions. The company also announced a new packaging of its Incident Management products to provide customers with more value, capabilities, and premium features.
Perfect Raises $23 Million in Seed Funding
Perfect, an agentic AI platform for recruitment, has raised $23M in total Seed funding. The latest round was led by Hanaco Ventures, with participation from Joule Ventures and Samsung Electronics’ former President, Young Sohn. The investment underpins Perfect’s AI development efforts and fuels its journey toward enhancing its Agentic AI recruiter. Perfect’s platform is currently available in North America and select European markets, but it has plans to expand further into APAC by 2025. The company is also planning to launch an AI-powered worker for recruitment teams.
