Acumatica Appoints an SVP of Partner Strategy and Programs
Acumatica, a cloud ERP company, has named Roman Bukary as its senior vice president of partner strategy and programs. In this role, Bukary will spearhead the company’s strategy, development, and ongoing evolution of its ecosystem, ensuring partners have the resources, programs, and support they need to grow their practices and drive customer satisfaction. Bukary says, “Acumatica’s channel-first approach is a true differentiator, and I look forward to working closely with our partner ecosystem to create new opportunities for growth and help our customers succeed on their terms.”
Agiloft Names a New Chief Product Officer
Agiloft, the global provider of data-first contract lifecycle management (CLM), has appointed Jason Barnwell as Chief Product Officer. A mechanical engineering graduate of MIT, Barnwell built a fifteen-year career at Microsoft, where he helped lead the legal operations team that ran the CLM platform powering Microsoft’s global procurement operations. Having held roles where he was the buyer, builder, and practitioner, Barnwell brings a unique perspective to Agiloft that gives him “a clear picture of what the work actually requires and where the current generation of tools falls short. “
Cognite Launches an Integrated Supply Chain Offering
Cognite, a global Industrial AI provider, has launched an Integrated Supply Chain offering. The new solution is designed to extend Cognite’s AI and Data Platform “beyond the plant,” by equipping industrial teams with real-time visibility, insights, and cross-functional context they need to bridge the data gap between production and supply chain operations. Platform capabilities include extended semantic data models, productized connectors to consolidate and contextualize disparate systems, and packaged AI agents and workflows that provide meaningful data to operators exactly when they need it.
Kantata Unveils an AI Agent for the Professional Services Industry
Kantata, a Professional Services Automation (PSA) solution provider, has unveiled the Expertise Agent, an AI “superagent” for the professional services industry. This industry-specific agent is designed to understand complex, cross-functional questions and then create agents to autonomously orchestrate actions across project management, resource planning, financial systems, and external tools. Additionally, Kantata has launched several agentic capabilities in the Kantata Expertise Engine, including embedded generative business intelligence, self-executing workflows, and a proprietary PSA knowledge graph.
Nuvei to Acquire Payoneer
Nuvei, a technology company focused on developing payment infrastructure, has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Payoneer, a financial platform for cross-border business and global payments. The acquisition will combine Nuvei’s payment acceptance capabilities with Payoneer’s cross-border payouts, multi-currency accounts, and banking network. This will enable Nuvei to support emerging financial models, including agentic commerce, stablecoin payments, and platform-native financial services. Additionally, Nuvei will benefit from Payoneer’s established regulatory footprint across major jurisdictions worldwide.
Parsec Automation Appoints a New CEO
Parsec Automation, a Manufacturing Execution System (MES) provider, has appointed Suzanne Rudnitzki as CEO. Company founder and longtime CEO, Eddy Azad, will transition from day-to-day operational leadership to the role of Executive Chairman. “As Parsec enters its next chapter, this is the right time to transition day-to-day leadership to Suzanne,” Azad says. “She brings the leadership experience, operational discipline, and strategic perspective to guide Parsec through its next phase of evolution while staying true to the customer focus and long-term vision that have defined the company since the beginning.”
Planview Debuts New Capabilities for Its SPM Suite
Planview, a strategic portfolio management (SPM) and software solutions provider, has debuted new capabilities for the future of AI-powered SPM. Included in this release is the Outcome Intelligence Graph. The Outcome Intelligence Graph addresses three imperatives that Planview sees as “non-negotiable” for the agentic era: every decision must drive outcomes, actions must keep pace with change, and governance must be built for speed, human and agent alike. Other capabilities announced include the Anvi MCP server, Anvi-powered Scenario Planning, and Agent Resource Management.
Rockwell Automation Announces FactoryTalk ResilientEdge
Rockwell Automation, a company dedicated to industrial automation and digital transformation, has announced the availability of FactoryTalk ResilientEdge, a “next-generation execution architecture to support autonomous manufacturing operations across highly automated environments. The new architecture is built on FactoryTalk Optix and will be integrated across Rockwell Automation’s portfolio to create a single execution layer that spans machines, people, and production systems. It will also deliver more predictable, lower latency execution at the edge, along with cloud capabilities that enable analytics, AI training, and enterprise orchestration.
Workspot Details a New AI-Powered Automation Platform
Workspot, a provider of unified digital workplace platforms, has announced GUIDE, an AI-powered platform that helps businesses automate real work across desktop and web applications without APIs or traditional robotic process automation (RPA). GUIDE introduces a new category of automation: GUI agents that operate directly within graphical user interfaces (GUIs) and interact with applications the same way employees do. That approach will enable organizations to automate work that traditionally couldn’t be automated using legacy automation tools like RPA.
