Aptean Announces the Acquisition of Paragon Software Systems

Aptean has recently announced the acquisition of UK-based Paragon Software Systems (Paragon), a provider of transportation management software solutions serving the food and beverage, distribution, and retail industries. According to the press release, this will further Aptean’s presence in the European market, and add purpose-built software designed to meet the expanding supply chain needs of its customers. This decision was largely driven by Paragon’s strong growth in recent years.
