Aptean Expands Food & Beverage ERP Reach Via Agiles Acquisition

Aptean has announced its acquisition of Agiles in the ERP marketplace aimed at the food wholesale and trade industry in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Aptean intends to continue expanding its leadership in the ERP food and beverage field in Europe through its acquisition of Agiles. Agiles, in turn, benefits from Aptean’s international market reach and wider market appeal via Aptean products. Notably, Agiles is also a partner with Microsoft, and its application is based on Microsoft Dynamics ERP.

Agiles has been a provider of industry-specific, customized ERP solutions for nearly thirty years.
