Capgemini has announced the acquisition of Acclimation, an Australian SAP services specialist with over 100 employees. For the last 13 years, Acclimation has provided implementation, technical, and functional SAP solutions to clients in the region. With this acquisition, Capgemini will strengthen its SAP capabilities, improve its reach in the Australian region, and expand its client portfolio.
Capgemini is a global provider of consulting, technology, professional, and outsourcing services to companies across industries like automotive, healthcare, manufacturing, telecommunications, consumer products, transportation, and more. For more than 50 years, the company has been working alongside its clients to address various business needs—including strategy, design, and operations—in evolving data, cloud, AI, software, digital engineering, and technology markets.
With the acquisition of Acclimation, Capgemini will strengthen its SAP practices and status as an SAP Gold Partner. The acquisition also furthers Capgemini’s investment in the Asia-Pacific region. It enables the company to work alongside the many organizations in the region looking to expedite their cloud and digital transformation initiatives.
