Infor Acquires Lighthouse Systems to Expand its Manufacturing Offerings

Infor has announced its acquisition of Lighthouse Systems, a manufacturing execution system (MES) software provider for smart manufacturing companies. The transaction, which has already closed, will fully integrate Lighthouse System’s flagship product, Shopfloor-Online, into Infor’s CloudSuite ERP systems and help manufacturers improve their operations management efforts across production, inventory, quality, and maintenance.
