QAD recently announced the latest enhancements coming to QAD Adaptive ERP and the QAD Adaptive Applications portfolio. The updated version of QAD’s Adaptive ERP will expand its Integrated Supplier Management capabilities with two new solutions: QAD Sourcing and QAD Supply Relationship Management (SRM). Meanwhile, QAD’s Adaptive Applications suite will receive updates for QAD DynaSys DSCP, QAD EQMS, and QAD Precision GTTE.
QAD Inc. provides cloud-based enterprise software and services for global manufacturing companies in the automotive, life sciences, customer products, food and beverage, high tech, and industrial manufacturing industries. The company’s services include enterprise resource planning (ERP), demand and supply chain planning (DSCP), global trade and transportation execution (GTTE), and quality management systems (QMS).
The new updates for the QAD Adaptive ERP and Applications product suites will help QAD’s manufacturing clients become “Adaptive Manufacturing Enterprises” by equipping them with new sourcing, SRM, and Foreign-Trade Zone (FTZ) solutions. These functionalities will provide manufacturers and suppliers with a single entry point to improve procurement processes, facilitate real-time communications, reduce supply risks, further automate the source-to-contract process. Suppliers will also be able to streamline their quality, contract, and performance management efforts.
Anton Chilton, the CEO at QAD, says, “These two new solutions will help our customers communicate effectively and transparently with their suppliers, automating and streaming supplier performance and risk information across the supplier lifecycle. We are also excited to unveil updates to other areas in the QAD Adaptive Applications solution portfolio, including our QAD DynaSys Digital Supply Chain Planning and QAD Precision Global Trade and Transportation Execution capabilities. Taken together, this latest release enhances our customers’ intelligence, innovation, and business agility to help them recognize, prepare for, and leverage disruption to their competitive advantage.”
