Accelalpha and Frontera Consulting Complete Their Merger

Accelalpha, an Oracle Cloud Consulting Services provider, has announced that it has completed its merger with Frontera Consulting, a global technology consulting service provider. The merger will help both companies expand the reach of their Oracle Cloud consulting services, broaden their industry expertise, and improve their solution delivery capabilities. The two brands can provide customers with services and implementation support for Oracle’s ERP, EPM, HCM, WMS, OTM, PPM, CX, GTM, and SCM application suites.


ECI Software Solutions Launches M1 ITAR, a New Solution for Manufacturers

ECI Software Solutions, a cloud-based business management solution provider, has launched a new platform for manufacturers in the government aerospace and defense markets. The unified, cloud-based solution, M1 ITAR, will help manufacturers remain compliant with the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), avoid the disruptions involved in compliance failure, maintain relationships with industry partners, expand business capabilities, and maintain their data in a secure cloud environment.


Rootstock Software Announces its Acquisition by Gryphon Investors

Rootstock Software—a cloud-based ERP software provider for supply chain, manufacturing, and distribution companies—has been acquired by Gryphon Investors, a middle-market private equity firm. Salesforce Ventures and the company’s management team also re-invested in the transaction alongside Gryphon. As part of the investment, David Stephans, a Rootstock executive with a nine-year tenure at the company, has been named CEO, while company founder Pat Garrehy will join the Board of Directors. The acquisition will help Rootstock accelerate its global growth.
