Certinia Details the New Features Available in its Winter 2025 Release
Certinia, a provider of cloud PSA and ERP software built on the Salesforce platform, has announced details on its Winter 2025 Release. This release includes multiple enhancements, including smart rescheduling, improved skill insights, activity tracking, and advanced AI and automation capabilities to help users run a more efficient service business. It also expands the real-time reporting capabilities available in Certinia’s ERP Cloud to its PS Cloud and CS Cloud Offerings, enabling customers to blend their real-time operational data with the historical and trend data from their service and success operations.
Kissflow Integrates AI Functionalities Into its Low-Code/No-Code Platform
Kissflow, a low-code/no-code platform provider, has integrated additional AI functionalities into its low-code/no-code development platform to enhance the user experience and streamline app creation. With these updates, Kissflow’s platform aims to empower non-technical users to develop business applications more efficiently by combining visual drag-and-drop tools with AI technologies. Some of the features include AI-suggested fields, automated data entry, natural language processing (NLP) that allows users to give text commands to create app components, and tools for auto-generating assets like text, images, and multimedia content.
Nutrient Releases an AI Assistant
Nutrient, a document processing technology and workflow automation platform, has launched an AI Assistant tool that brings AI chat capabilities to documents. It offers extensive editing features to users, including assisted redaction, translation, and summarization. With these functionalities, users can summarize documents without reading every word, ask direct questions about a document using natural language, rewrite or restructure content into various shareable formats, automatically translate sections of the document, and redact sensitive information with contextual understanding at scale. The AI Assistant integrates directly with Document Engine and Nutrient Web SDK.
Pega Launches New Feature for the Pega Smart Dispute Solution
Pegasystems, an Enterprise Transformation Company, has announced the “next-generation” version of its Pega Smart Dispute offering. The update introduces new generative AI and automation features that can help banks accelerate the resolution of disputes and fraud claims for any payment. For example, with the new Pega Smart Dispute Enterprise Edition, banks can resolve complex disputes and claims across various payment types, all from a single solution. Additionally, Pega has added a suite of AI agents that provide more automation and guidance to its users. These include the Pega GenAI Coach, Pega Knowledge Buddy, and more.
Wrike Announces Plans to Acquire Klaxoon
Wrike—an intelligent work management and STG portfolio company—has entered into an offer agreement to acquire Klaxoon, a provider of an all-in-one visual collaboration platform, from Eurazeo, Bpifrance, and Sofiouest. The acquisition will help Wrike expand its solution with structured work management and unparalleled workflow efficiency. With Wrike’s AI-enhanced work management capabilities and Klaxoon’s visual collaboration offerings, the platform can empower teams across industries with the tools they need to enable end-to-end workflows, including product lifecycle, client service delivery, campaign management, and training programs.
Zoho Shares Details on the US Launch of Zoho Payroll
Zoho Corporation, a global technology company, has announced the US edition of Zoho Payroll, an end-to-end solution designed to streamline payroll management, automate tax payments, ensure compliance, and eliminate the operational silos between the departments handling employee data, financial records, and payment processes. The capabilities of Zoho Payroll include efficient handling of employee benefits, a mobile-first employee self-service portal, simplified federal, state, and local tax compliance, and integration with the Zoho People, Zoho Expense, and Zoho Books products.
