Cognizant has announced its plans to acquire Thirdera, an Elite ServiceNow Partner specializing in advisory, implementation, and optimization solutions related to ServiceNow’s platform. Fieldbin, a field service management (FSM) software provider, has announced several new features that are available now and coming early in 2024.
