Accenture has completed its acquisition of OnProcess Technology, a supply chain managed services provider that helps companies improve their inventory management and solve service challenges. The acquisition will expand Accenture’s supply chain delivery capabilities with integrated after-sales operations, providing clients with the services they need to optimize operational efficiencies, improve customer experiences, and support a sustainable supply chain. OnProcess Technology’s team of over 1,500 people will bring their subject-matter expertise to Accenture Operations.

Agiloft Details its New Generative AI Capability
Agiloft, a data-first contract lifecycle management (CLM) solution provider, has announced a new generative AI capability to help companies streamline the negotiation process and increase the speed of redlining, negotiating, and agreeing on contract terms. The new capability uses generative AI to understand approved clauses, review third-party contract language to identify areas of misalignment, compose redlines that match the third-party contract language with any preferred phrasing, and reduce the number of back-and-forth negotiations between parties.

Cleo, an ecosystem integration software provider, has announced that it’s opening a new, larger officer in Bangalore, India, to accommodate its current business and continue to support its global growth. Configit Announces the Availability of its Configit Ace Solution on the Microsoft Azure Marketplace
Configit, a configuration lifecycle management (CLM) solution provider, has announced that its CLM SaaS solution, Configit Ace, is now available in the Microsoft Azure Marketplace. Configit customers can now use the Microsoft-validated SaaS solution on the Azure cloud platform and benefit from streamlined deployment and management processes. Johan Salenstedt, the CEO at Configit, says, “We believe that this strategic step will help accelerate our growth, allow us to reach a wider range of customers, and provide additional value to our global customer base.”

IFS Appoints a New Chief Executive Officer
IFS, a global cloud enterprise software company, has promoted Mark Moffat to Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Before joining IFS, Moffat was previously IFS’s Chief Customer Officer and held several senior positions at PwC. He will be taking over from Darren Roos, who will now operate as the company’s Chair of the Board, taking over for Jonas Persson. Both appointments are effective immediately and will help the company continue to build on its existing business strategies, organic growth, and customer satisfaction.
